Step Ahead Services Ltd. have been working with Local Authorities in providing semi-independent accommodation and support to young people since 2003.
Although based in London and supporting many London Boroughs, we have also expanded out of London to work with young people and Local Authorities in other areas across the country.
As a smaller organisation, we can offer Local Authorities, and their young people, a personalised and non-institutional approach. We employ highly-trained and dedicated staff and have demonstrated excellent staff retention. We can also offer additional expertise as a result of the good working relationships we have developed with a variety of partnership organisations.
We have built up a respected and professional reputation, resulting in many of our contracts with Local Authorities being extended beyond their original time-frame.
